State Specific Terms
These State Specific Terms set out the rules that apply because you are playing in Ontario, Canada. They supplement our Terms of Use; where there is a conflict for Ontario players, these terms prevail.

Real-money gaming is conducted and managed by iGaming Ontario (iGO); Score Media and Gaming Inc. provides the games as an operator registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) under an agreement with iGaming Ontario (iGO). Your participation in real-money games is also subject to the rules of iGaming Ontario (iGO).
2. Who can play
- You must be 19+ — the legal gambling age in Ontario.
- You must be a resident of Ontario and physically present in Ontario when you play.
- You must not be listed on Ontario's centralized self-exclusion register, and must not be an employee or close associate of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), iGaming Ontario (iGO) or Score Media and Gaming Inc. where participation is restricted.
3. Location & access
Access is limited to players physically located in Ontario. We may use location checks and other controls to confirm eligibility, and may restrict access where we cannot verify your location or where use of VPNs/proxies is detected. Registration collects your Ontario address and is available to Ontario residents only.
4. Ontario responsible-gaming standards
In line with the Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming, every account includes deposit, loss and time limits, session reality-check reminders, cooling-off and self-exclusion. Requests that tighten a limit apply immediately; requests that loosen or remove a limit take effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period. You can also self-exclude through Ontario's BetGuard, operated by iGaming Ontario (iGO) — see Responsible Gaming.
5. Advertising & inducements
We advertise gambling inducements, bonuses and credits only on our own platform or to players who have given active, specific consent to direct marketing. We do not market inducements to self-excluded players or to those showing indicators of gambling-related harm, and our gambling advertising does not use or feature athletes or celebrities, consistent with the Registrar's Standards. See our Promos terms.
6. Dispute resolution
If a complaint cannot be resolved with us (see Support), Ontario's framework provides for independent dispute resolution (IDR). If your complaint remains unresolved 30 days after submission, or you are dissatisfied with our final response, you may escalate to our designated IDR provider, ADR Chambers, free of charge; their decision is binding on the operator. You may also contact the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) or iGaming Ontario (iGO) at any time.
